Faculty Development Activities are fully supported by the university to enhance the teaching-learning capabilities of the faculty members. While there is an allocated fund for this purpose, faculty members’ desire to improve professionally were not dependent on the budget allotted for them. Initiatives to engaged in self-funded activities are evident in the reported accomplishments of the faculty.
To ensure the quality of education in the BS Transportation Program, faculty members undergo student, peer and supervisor evaluation. Monitoring is regularly conducted an intervention measures were given in case a faculty member will get a performance evaluation equivalent to S or Satisfactory for the given semester. From 2018-2023, the TTMD faculty performance evaluation remains Very Satisfactory even during pandemic
Quality Management System Coaching held on November 8, 2021. The coaching session was attended by the CTHTM Faculty Members. This aims to ensure that all processes held by the University were being cascaded and followed from the college, down to each department.
