Chauffeured car bookings must be pre-booked with us via e-mail. The details we require to make a booking are below.
Note: The travel time for this option is approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
Note: Prices shown are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All transfers from Domestic flight arrivals include 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.
All transfers from International flight arrivals include 50 minutes complimentary waiting time.
Airport parking fees and road tolls are included in the rates above.
A $30 surcharge applies to the above rates for transfers between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00hrs.
Baby seats, boosters are charged at $30.00 per trip
Surcharges apply to transfers to/from Flemington racecourse during the Spring Racing Carnival, and F1 Grand Prix.
Public Holiday surcharges apply New Year’s Eve / Day and Christmas Day
A 100% cancellation fee applies if bookings are cancelled with less than two hours’ notice.
Waiting time is charged in 5-minute increments once any complimentary waiting time has been exhausted.

In regards to Shuttle Bus options, currently SkyBus are the only available group to facilitate this.

The Melbourne City Express operates 7 days per week with departures every 15 minutes commencing 4:30am daily. The last service from the airport is midnight and the city is 1:00am. Please check the timetable prior to purchase.

Currently the buses only drop-off at the Southern Cross Train Station, there are Taxi Ranks on the Spencer Street entrance which would 15 minute cab ride to Pullman Melbourne on the Park. Alternatively you can catch a Train from Southern Cross to Jolimont Station.
