The site and its content are meant to provide general information only and should not be interpreted as professional or veterinary advice. While we strive for accuracy, the content may occasionally contain errors, outdated info or omissions.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree that:

• You are purchasing food items made specifically for canine consumption only.

• You are providing complete and accurate information about your dog and your contact details.

• You understand that all payments must be made in full before your order is confirmed or fulfilled.

• Payment methods accepted include all options as described during checkout. All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe there has been fraud, unauthorized payment use or if a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you directly.

Delivery

Unlike companies that use external couriers, PuddyBowl handles all deliveries ourselves. This means we are solely responsible for ensuring your dog food is delivered to your specified address.

We deliver according to the schedule posted on our website or as agreed upon via communication after your order is placed. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order or that delivery instructions are clear (e.g., leave at door, with security, etc.).

Once we have delivered your order to the location you provided, the responsibility for the food—including safe storage, refrigeration if required, and handling—transfers to you. We are not liable for food spoilage due to delayed pickup or incorrect delivery instructions.

In cases where delivery fails due to an incorrect or unreachable address, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

Product Use and Pet Health

Our products are made for dogs only. They are not suitable for cats, humans or other animals. Ingredients and nutritional content are listed as transparently as possible on our website and packaging.

You acknowledge that every dog is unique and may react differently to certain foods. PuddyBowl does not offer medical or nutritional diagnoses and our products are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.

We recommend speaking with a licensed veterinarian before making significant changes to your dog’s diet, especially if they have health issues, food sensitivities or require a specialized diet.

You assume full responsibility for choosing to feed your pet our products and we are not liable for any adverse health effects unless clearly caused by a known defect in ingredients or preparation.

Refunds and Replacements

Because our products are fresh and made to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns except in the following situations:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The product arrived spoiled due to an error on our part.

• There was a missing or damaged item in the delivery.

If one of these applies, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request photos for verification. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction due to taste preferences or mistaken orders caused by user error.

User Behavior and Community Interaction

We love engaging with our customers, especially through feedback and community sharing. If you submit a review, message us on social media, or send us a testimonial or dog photo, you grant us permission to use your content for marketing purposes (e.g., posting it on our website or Instagram).

However, you may not use our website or social media spaces to:

• Post defamatory or offensive content

• Share false information about our business

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with us

• Upload viruses or any other harmful code

We reserve the right to block or remove any content or users that violate these expectations.

Site Availability and Updates

We do our best to ensure the website is always updated and running, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, technical issues or bugs at all times.

We may update product listings, prices, availability, ingredients, delivery policies and terms without prior notice. While we strive to communicate changes via our channels, it is your responsibility to check this site for the latest information before placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuddyBowl shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or consumption of our products. This includes but is not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data or pet illness not directly caused by our negligence.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
