1. Store It Right AwayÂ
Store fresh food in the freezer and allow 24 hours in the fridge for safe, gentle defrosting before serving.
2. Defrost with CareÂ
Ready for mealtime? Take out what you need and let it thaw in the fridge overnight. For quicker defrosting, place the sealed pack in a bowl of cool water.
3. Serve It FreshÂ
Once thawed, meals should be used within 4 days. Always serve at room temperature for maximum tail wags. You can warm it slightly, but avoid overheating to keep nutrients intact.
4. Seal & StoreÂ
Opened packs? Keep them sealed in the fridge and use within 48 hours. We recommend using airtight containers for extra freshness.
