Lance Corporal James Yaxley (277334) was killed in action on the 19th September 1918 during the Battle of Sharon. He is buried in the Ramleh War Cemetery.
Private Joseph Young (276107) was killed in action on the 27th March 1917, aged 21, during the First Battle of Gaze. He is remembered on the Jerusalem Memorial. Joseph is the son of Joseph and Elizabeth Young, of Writtle Wick Cottages, Chignal Rd., Chelmsford.
