See if there is a social media coordinator for the school Facebook or other social media channels. Are there announcements? Other ways to engage your school encourages?
Find the teacher email addresses an send them a note.

Students 

We looked for events where the students would be -- After School programs, Back to School night, and more. 

Invite students to PTAC and School events you can host.

The 2023-2024 theme for this national contest is I am Hopeful Because...  Each year, students from across the country in pre-K through grade 12 create theme-based artwork in dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography or visual arts.  Last year, Alexandria students even placed at State!

Engaging with Teachers

Engaging with After School Programs

Hello - I am the PTA Reflections chair for [your school name]. 


Reflections is an arts competition that PTA hosts for students in the first few months of the year and we have been lucky to have many students shine brightly at the City and State level. 


We would like to host an arts workshop in your after school program. We can provide art materials and parent / teacher volunteers. During the workshop, we would need tables and chairs (outside or inside, by preference)
