Extended abstracts must be written in English and in accordance with the given guidelines.
Length: 800 – 2000 words (word count excludes abstract, keywords, acknowledgements, references, tables, figures)
Structure must include the following: Abstract (maximum of 250 words), Keywords (3-5), Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), References, Tables (3-5), Figures (1-3)
Format: Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced
For multiple authors, one author will need to be identified as the presenter.
Submission must be completed through the conference’s online submission portal.
All submissions undergo a blind peer review.
Author/s will be notified for their paper acceptance through email.
Once accepted, participants may proceed with registration and submission of the poster design.
POSTER DESIGN LAYOUT
Use a clear and logical layout. Divide the posters into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Key Implications
Use a font size of at least 24 points for the body text
Ensure that the text is readable from a distance
Use visuals such as tables, graphs, charts, and images to present data and enhance understanding
Presenters are strongly encouraged to use recyclable or eco-friendly tarpaulin.
POSTER CONTENT
Title: The title should be concise and reflect the content of your study.
Authors and authors’ affiliation: Include the names of all authors and their affiliations.
Introduction: Briefly introduce the research topic and its significance.
Methods: Describe the research participants, methods, and data analysis employed in the study.
Results: Present the key findings of your study. You may use visuals in the presentation of your results.
Discussion: Briefly interpret and discuss the implications of the results.
Conclusion and Key Implications
Contact information: Provide your email address for further inquiries.
PRESENTATION
Prepare a brief summary: Be ready to give a short (2-3 minute) summary of your poster.
Engage with attendees: Be prepared to answer questions and discuss your research with interested co-participants.
Handouts: Attendees are encouraged to prepare handouts with more detailed information or contact details.
