To be eligible for an oral paper presentation, all presenters must be registered participants of the conference.
All submissions must present original research. Works already published or under review in ISI/Scopus-indexed journals are not acceptable.
Extended abstracts must be written in English and in accordance with the given guidelines.
Length: 800 – 2000 words (word count excludes abstract, keywords, acknowledgements, references, tables, figures)
Structure must include the following: Abstract (maximum of 250 words), Keywords (3-5), Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), References, Tables (3-5), Figures (1-3)
Format: Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced
For multiple authors, one author will need to be identified as the presenter.
Submission must be completed through the conference’s online submission portal.
All submissions undergo a blind peer review.
Author/s will be notified for their paper acceptance through email.
Once accepted, participants may proceed with registration.
Oral Presentation: 15-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A
PowerPoint presentation to be used in the oral presentation must be submitted a week before the National Conference through the official e-mail of the conference, 2025nctraumamanagement@gmail.com. Indicate in the subject of the e-mail the title of your study (example: PPT for the Oral Presentation of the study, "Prevalence and Predictors of Posttraumatic Stress among College Students living in Conflict-exposed Areas"). Kindly include the names of the authors and the presenter for the study in the email.
Style and Format: All manuscripts should be presented following the style and format standards required by the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th Edition). The elements of the extended abstract should be single-spaced in a 12-point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins.
Abstract: Every submission must consist of a unstructured abstract of up to 250 words with 3 – 5 keywords.
Body of extended abstract: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any), References, Tables (3-5), Figures (1-2)
Tables and figures: For submissions with tables and figures, tables should present new information rather than duplicating what is in the text. All tables and figures should be cited sequentially in text, serially numbered, and followed the style and format requirements of the APA (7th edition).
References: All references should be prepared in accordance with the format and style requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition). References to unpublished material are discouraged.
Language: Extended abstracts must be submitted in English. Please use American spelling style consistently throughout your submission.
