Kifle Haile 

PhD and Professor of Educational leadership and Policy. Dean of College of Social Science and Humanities at Mizan Tepi University, South West Ethiopia. Dr. Kifle Haile have been doing many research works related to different social issues mainly connected with educational matters. He has been serving the University for the last 16 years (since 2008) as lecturer and, professor. Within the University he served as vice dean of students’ affairs, as head of department of Pedagogy and other related fields, main dean of institutional reform, and main dean of first year programs.  Dr. Kifle Haile has been serving leader of different positions for the last 15 years - he taught business management course for about 4 years (simultaneously serving main head or dean) in college vocational education, he served as main leader of zonal education system holding more than 400 school systems.  In nongovernmental organizations he served as education project leader ‘zemasafe’ which means, the voice of victimized women in Ethiopia. I served as education head in South Sudan refugees’ camp in West Ethiopia; he has also worked as a director of private school in Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia and have a total experience for about 30 years. He has conducted more than 16 researches on different matters linked with education and social affairs
