The aim of the conference is to expand scientific interaction between Russian and foreign researchers on the problems of management psychology, organizational psychology, personnel management and social design, as well as to comprehend new challenges and prospects for further development of managerial psychology in the context of increasing social importance of national identity, pandemic and post-COVID reality, to strengthen the links between science and management practice.

Lobachevsky University (http://www.unn.ru) invites all those interested in the problems of personnel management psychology in modern conditions to participate in the International Conference organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences (http://www.fsn.unn.ru) with Russian and foreign partners.

Russians increasingly feel the need to realize and strengthen their national identity.  Therefore, the importance of spiritual and moral guidelines, represented in the traditional values of the people, which have stood the test of time, is increasing.

It is well known that in recent decades, management in general, personnel management, and, to a large extent, organizational psychology have been developing in the paradigm of Western values, which naturally caused value contradictions among personnel. The time has come for reflection and analysis of opportunities to develop new approaches to management based on the traditional values of citizenship, collectivism, creative labor, human dignity and ensuring innovative development of the economy, its competitiveness and resilience.

For the psychological community the questions about organizational-psychological conditions under which employees at the value, cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels will be included in organizational changes of innovative orientation are becoming more and more relevant. These issues are inextricably linked to both national and local organizational values and global value bases of social existence. The wide participation of foreign partners shows how high the interest in the value bases of personnel management is.

The problematics of the Conference is complex and multifaceted, so it needs not so much evaluative judgments as concretization and objectivization of the obtained knowledge, determination of prospects for new research in the actual socio-economic context.

Greetings to the participants of the Conference!
