Properties can only be used as single-family residences, and no more than four people are allowed in a two-bedroom unit at a time. Flammable or dangerous chemicals and fluids are not allowed, except for those used for normal household purposes.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM–7 AM, and large parties are not allowed. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior.

All vehicles must stop at the front gate, and a valid driver's license is required to enter the property. Parking on grass or yards is not allowed, and vehicles should not block fire hydrants, sidewalks, or driveways. Trailers, buses, and recreational vehicles are not permitted in the community.

• Parking on the grass or yard is not permitted.

• Please do not block any fire hydrants in the community. All vehicles parked in the driveway, must do so without blocking sidewalks for pedestrian access.

• When parking on the street, please be mindful of blocking traffic.

• Please make sure that you are not blocking any home's driveway or sidewalks. Make sure you leave enough room for other vehicles to easily pass through street.

• Please be mindful of the traffic rules and posted speed limits inside the community.

Champions Gate Club Management reserve the right to tow, at the owners expense, any vehicles that violates these regulations without any prior warning.

Please place household trash inside a trash bad in the provided container/trash bench before 7AM.

Trash is picked up daily promptly at 7AM with Amenity services for the retreat and condominium 1, PG Services at 10AM for Condos 2,3, and 4. 

DO NOT PLACE TRASH BAGS OR ANY BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB

Any loose trash in the trash bench will not be serviced that day.

Any bulk items services will need to be requested prior with any third party vendor.
