These Terms of Service are between you ("User") and the service provider, **Nuran Coskun**, regarding your use of PSL AI.
### 2.2. Age Requirement
You must be at least **9 years old** to use PSL AI. Users under 9 may not use the app.
### 2.3. Description of the Service
PSL AI is a digital application that provides AI-assisted facial analysis, scoring, and recommendations based on photos provided by the user.
### 2.4. Not Medical Advice
All scores, assessments, and recommendations provided by PSL AI are for informational purposes only.
They do **not** constitute medical, psychological, or professional health advice.
### 2.5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with applicable law
- Avoid uploading data about other individuals without proper authorization
- Not misuse the service (including abuse through automation, reverse engineering, or API abuse)
### 2.6. Pricing and Subscriptions
- The app may include paid subscription features.
- Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are subject to App Store policies and the terms shown at checkout.
- "Restore Purchases" may be used, where supported, to recover prior eligible purchases.
### 2.7. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the app's branding, design, content, and software elements belong to the service provider. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
### 2.8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for your specific expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
