CONTENT Marketing is the ongoing process of exposing your franchise to someone to help them become more aware of your products and services and what they can do to solve their problem or improve upon to their (childs) life. Most times our marketing message will speak about our sports, Sport Programs, our philosophies (education about the value and benefits of participating in our sports) and features and benefits of our products and services. Marketing provides a way for consumers to learn more about your business and build up the franchise brand to become better known, to the point of being top of mind with youth and their parent(s).
Marketing needs to be well thought out so that the RIGHT message and RIGHT mediums are chosen to reach the RIGHT type of customers. Every moment a customer interacts with your marketing becomes another connection and impression on them (i.e. how you perform your services, the products you use, the way you conduct yourself, the suppliers you align with and the care you portray for others and your community can be a form of marketing). Marketing requires you make an emotional connection with your consumer and then giving them a rational (or logical) reason to justify doing business with your franchise. Articulating that message is key. Ask yourself how a consumer who in a BEFORE state can be in a better AFTER state by adding your franchise products or services.
