PS 112 Mission Statement

P.S. 112 teachers are devoted to making sure that all students can achieve our goals in all subjects. Everyday our teachers work hard to help students strive to do their best and help us improve not just for today but also for our future self. Students can see ourselves in our education, set and achieve goals. Students are excited to learn new things and practice strategies we have learned in order to achieve our standard aligned goals in math, reading, and writing with our peers. The teachers are always helping us whether it is with our academics or emotionally. Everyday our teachers support, challenge and encourage students. The school community is always helping the students remain positive. We are encouraged to have a growth mindset while learning new things. Teachers make school feel like home! Our teachers develop a love of learning among the students. They create a safe environment, which helps students to be confident and happy. The school works together with the students and our families to help everyone become successful independent learners!
