Case Information - The current case that Pro.Social is partnering with involves a family who are United States citizens. The mother is currently being falsely accused of abuse and neglect. The family has two children, an infant and a child in elementary school. The infant, who is a boy, was removed from the home several months ago. The family is fighting to get their son back home with the help of an Attorney who is advocating for them. This is one of the clearest and egregious miscarriages of justice that we have seen. This case is urgent in nature as proceedings are already underway, and the child has already suffered trauma from this injustice.
Necessary assistance - An expert witness can attest to the fact the child has not been abused. The cost to retain the assistance of an expert witness and to produce the documentation necessary to prove the case is approximately $9,000.
Request - Pro.Social Network is asking that you consider making a donation now. We are asking you to empathize with this precious child and his family. The wrongful removal of this child from his family has been deeply traumatic to him, and of course to his family, who is also suffering. Your generous gift will help us bring this dear child home where he can be safe and cared for by her own parents.
How will the funds be used? - Pro.Social Network is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Funds raised will go directly toward the cost associated with helping this child get back to his family, and will not be used for the enrichment of any Pro.Social partner firms.
