By accessing or using Property Passport, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
• You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information. • You may not upload fraudulent or forged documents. • You may not use the app to facilitate illegal transactions or money laundering. • Brokers must hold a valid RERA registration.
Service fee
Property Passport charges a one-time transaction service fee to buyers and sellers for coordinating their property deal — stamp duty registration, documentation with the society and bank, and physical handover. This fee is non-refundable once coordination has commenced.
Third parties
Property Passport facilitates coordination between brokers, buyers, sellers, bankers, and lawyers. We do not own properties, provide legal or financial advice, or act as a registrar or government authority. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
Disclaimers
Cost estimates (stamp duty, registration, TDS) are indicative only and do not constitute legal or tax advice. We are not responsible for the actions of professionals found through the marketplace.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Planstalk LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by you.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. All personal data is permanently erased. This cannot be undone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
