How to delete your account
Open the Property Passport app
Go to your Profile tab
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm twice when prompted
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
• Your profile (name, phone number, email, photo) • Your KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar) • Your uploaded property documents • Your signature • Your deal participation records • Your push notification token
What is retained
Deal records where you were a party may be retained in anonymized form (with your personal details removed) for legal and tax compliance under Indian law, for a period of up to 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@planstalk.in with your registered phone number and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
