Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information. If your issue involves a backup file, please contact us before sending the file itself, as backups may contain your saved prompts and images.
Prompile stores your saved prompts, folders, favorites, and images locally on your device. If iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, your content may also be stored and synchronized through Apple's iCloud services using your Apple Account.
Prompile does not require a separate account for its core features.
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, Prompile may synchronize your saved content across devices associated with your Apple Account.
Synchronization may depend on your iCloud settings, network connection, available storage, and Apple's services. Changes may take some time to appear on another device.
If synchronization is not working as expected, check that you are signed in to the appropriate Apple Account and that iCloud is available on your device.
Open Prompile's Settings and select Export Backup. The app will create a backup file containing your saved data, which you can save to a location of your choice using the iOS file-sharing interface.
Keep your backup file in a secure location. Backup files may contain your prompts, images, and other saved information.
Open Settings and select Import Backup, then choose a compatible Prompile backup file.
Review any confirmation messages before proceeding. We recommend keeping a separate copy of important data before restoring a backup.
If the app reports that a backup file is invalid or incompatible, do not modify the file manually. Please contact support for assistance.
Deleting Prompile may remove locally stored data from your device. Data synchronized through iCloud may remain available through your Apple Account or on other devices, depending on Apple's synchronization and data-management behavior.
Backup files that you have manually exported are not necessarily deleted when you uninstall the app. You may need to delete those files separately.
Before deleting the app, we recommend exporting a backup of any important content and confirming that the file has been saved successfully.
