Prompile（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーに関する情報を適切に取り扱うことを重要な方針としています。
本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリでは、ユーザーが入力または保存した以下のようなデータを取り扱う場合があります。

これらのデータは、本アプリの機能を提供するために使用されます。
運営者が、ユーザーの保存したプロンプトや画像等の内容を広告、マーケティングその他の目的で収集または利用することはありません。
本アプリで保存されたデータは、主にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
また、iCloud同期機能を利用する場合、Appleが提供するiCloudおよびCloudKitを通じて、ユーザー自身のiCloudアカウントに関連付けてデータが保存・同期される場合があります。
iCloudおよびCloudKitによるデータの取扱いについては、Appleが定めるプライバシーポリシーその他の条件が適用されます。
運営者が独自のサーバー上にユーザーのプロンプトや画像等を保存するものではありません。
本アプリでは、ユーザーが自らデータのバックアップファイルを作成し、保存または復元できる機能を提供する場合があります。
バックアップファイルの保存場所、共有先および管理については、ユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。
運営者がバックアップファイルを自動的に収集、閲覧または保管することはありません。
本アプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMob等の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
これらの第三者サービスでは、広告配信、広告効果の測定、不正防止その他の目的で、端末情報、広告識別子、IPアドレス、アプリの利用に関する情報等が取得または処理される場合があります。
これらの情報の取扱いについては、各サービス提供者が定めるプライバシーポリシーその他の条件が適用されます。
本アプリは、広告配信および広告効果の測定のため、Google AdMobおよびGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用しています。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止その他これらに関連する目的で、端末情報、広告識別子、IPアドレス、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報、診断情報等を取得または処理する場合があります。
EEA、英国、スイスその他の対象地域では、UMPを通じて、パーソナライズ広告等に関する同意の取得または選択肢の提示を行う場合があります。米国の対象州では、個人情報の販売・共有またはターゲット広告に関するオプトアウトの選択肢を提示する場合があります。利用可能な場合、ユーザーは本アプリの「Settings」>「PRIVACY CHOICES」からこれらの選択を見直すことができます。
AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）は、UMPによる地域別の同意・オプトアウトとは別の仕組みです。ユーザーがATTを許可した場合、広告配信および広告効果の測定のため、IDFA（広告識別子）が利用される場合があります。ATTを許可しなかった場合、Google Mobile Ads SDKは広告リクエストにIDFAを含めません。ATTを許可しなくても、Prompileのすべての機能を利用できます。
ATTの選択は、iOSの「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」から変更できます。Googleによる情報の取扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。
本アプリでは、以下を含む第三者が提供するサービスまたは仕組みを利用する場合があります。
Apple iCloud
Apple CloudKit
Google AdMob
その他、本アプリの提供に必要なサービス
これらのサービスを通じて取得または処理される情報については、それぞれのサービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件が適用されます。
本アプリでは、原則として、運営者がユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号その他ユーザーを直接特定する個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。
ただし、ユーザーがサポートへの問い合わせ等を行った場合、ユーザー自身の意思によりメールアドレスその他の情報が提供される場合があります。
この場合、提供された情報は、問い合わせへの対応その他必要な範囲でのみ使用します。
本アプリに保存されたプロンプト、文章、画像その他のコンテンツは、原則としてユーザー自身が管理するものです。
運営者がこれらのコンテンツを収集し、内容を分析し、第三者へ販売し、または広告目的で利用することはありません。
ただし、ユーザー自身が外部サービスへ共有した場合や、iCloudその他の第三者サービスを利用した場合は、当該サービスの条件に従ってデータが処理される場合があります。
ユーザーは、本アプリ内の機能を利用して、保存したデータを削除することができます。
本アプリを削除した場合、端末内に保存されているデータが削除される場合があります。
また、iCloudに同期されたデータについては、iCloud側にデータが残る場合があります。
データの削除や管理については、ユーザー自身の端末およびApple ID、iCloudの設定等もあわせてご確認ください。
運営者は、本アプリにおける情報の適切な管理に努めます。
ただし、端末の紛失、第三者による不正アクセス、OSや外部サービスの障害その他運営者の合理的な管理を超える事由による情報の漏えい、消失または毀損について、完全な防止を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは、子どもを対象として特別に設計されたサービスではありません。
未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者その他の法定代理人の同意および管理のもとで利用してください。
運営者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、利用する外部サービスの変更その他必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内、公式Webサイトその他適切な方法でお知らせします。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、掲載または告知された時点、または別途定めた効力発生日から適用されます。
本プライバシーポリシーの英語版その他の翻訳版が提供される場合、それらはユーザーの便宜のための参考訳として提供されるものです。
日本語版と翻訳版との間に内容の不一致、解釈の相違または矛盾がある場合は、日本語版の内容が優先して適用されます。

Prompile (the "App") respects user privacy and considers the appropriate handling of user information to be an important policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The App may handle data entered or saved by users, including:
Prompts
Titles
Folder information
Images
Favorite information
Other data saved by users within the App
This data is used solely to provide the functionality of the App.
The operator does not collect or use the content of users' prompts, images, or other saved data for advertising, marketing, or similar purposes.
Data saved in the App is primarily stored on the user's device.
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, data may also be stored and synchronized through Apple iCloud and CloudKit in association with the user's own iCloud account.
The handling of data through iCloud and CloudKit is subject to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.
The operator does not operate an independent server for storing users' prompts, images, or similar content.
The App may provide functionality that allows users to create, save, and restore backup files containing their data.
Users are responsible for selecting where backup files are stored, how they are shared, and how they are managed.
The operator does not automatically collect, access, or store users' backup files.
The App may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, for advertising purposes.
These third-party services may collect or process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and information relating to app usage for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
The handling of such information is governed by the privacy policies and other terms of the respective service providers.
The App uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for ad delivery and advertising measurement. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad impression and interaction information, diagnostic information, and related data for ad delivery, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions, the App may use UMP to request consent or present choices relating to personalized advertising and related data use. In applicable U.S. states, users may be offered choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. Where available, users can review these choices from “Settings” > “PRIVACY CHOICES” in the App.
Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework is separate from the regional consent and opt-out choices managed through UMP. If a user grants ATT permission, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be used for ad delivery and advertising measurement. If ATT permission is not granted, the Google Mobile Ads SDK does not include the IDFA in ad requests. All Prompile features remain available even if ATT permission is not granted.
Users can change their ATT choice in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. For information about how Google handles data, please review the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
The App may use third-party services or technologies, including:
Apple iCloud
Apple CloudKit
Google AdMob
Other services necessary to provide the App
Information collected or processed through these services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective service providers.
As a general rule, the App does not require users to provide the operator with personally identifiable information such as their name, home address, or telephone number.
However, when a user contacts support or otherwise communicates with the operator, the user may voluntarily provide an email address or other information.
Such information will only be used as necessary to respond to the inquiry or provide related support.
Prompts, text, images, and other content saved in the App are generally managed by the user.
The operator does not collect such content for the purpose of analyzing it, selling it to third parties, or using it for advertising.
However, if users choose to share data with external services or use third-party services such as iCloud, such data may be processed in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of those services.
Users may delete data saved in the App using the features provided by the App.
Deleting the App may result in the deletion of data stored locally on the user's device.
Data synchronized with iCloud may remain stored in iCloud depending on the user's settings and account status.
Users should also review their device, Apple ID, and iCloud settings when managing or deleting data.
The operator takes reasonable measures to handle information appropriately within the App.
However, the operator cannot guarantee complete prevention of data leakage, loss, or corruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including loss of a device, unauthorized access by third parties, operating system failures, or failures of external services.
The App is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
Where required, minors should use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.
The operator may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws or regulations, modifications to the App, changes in third-party services used by the App, or other reasonable circumstances.
Where material changes are made, users will be informed through the App, the official website, or another appropriate method.
The revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted or announced, or on any separately specified effective date.
This English version is provided solely as a reference translation for the convenience of users.
If there is any inconsistency, discrepancy, conflict, or difference in interpretation between the Japanese version and this English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
