Experience in providing logos, art asset, mc skin for small independent Vtubers for free to support them as hobby and practice. Sample image of my previous work, the X(twitter) account has been deleted due to personal reasons.
For more complex stuff like Live2D, Illustration, and etc, will be outsourced if required.

Originally known as Belmond fan subs, currently Kurogitsune Translations(hiatus), I owned a clipping and translation channel before, although not officially recognized.
Since I personally know EN/CN/JP/MY, I can help to clip and translate interesting clips to other language for wider reach to global audience. I might be able to help with some simple editing, but will outsource if required.

I personally have been following Vtubers for 6-7 years, from large agencies to small groups and independent vtubers, mainly on the JP side.
Nanashi inc(currently following), Aogiri High school, Nijisanji, Kamitsubaki(mainly Isekaijoucho)
The upside for this is that my knowledge is not limited to the top groups like Nijisanji, Hololive, VSPO. I sometimes do follow/watch mid to smaller agencies like Nanashi inc, Aogiri high school, Varium, Million production, Neo porte, .Live, Realite, Re:act, Kamitsubaki.
The benefits of the diverse knowledge is that, there are things that couldn’t be done with big corporation due to rules and regulations, and in that regards smaller agency, agency with more freedom and independent vtubers tend to have more diversity in content. Vice versa, there are things only achievable with scale of big companies, which small agencies and independent vtubers would have to dream. With the understanding of the pros and cons of both side, I can help to think of unique content ideas and gather info from all sides,
I also had some experience supporting small independent vtubers, even providing free art asset and handling a clipping and translation channel, details are provided below in other sections.

After official contract, the project will provide the basic streaming equipment and Live2D Model which is required for our talents to do work, funded by the project.
*All equipment funded by the project is provided in form of lending company asset.
Streaming equipment
We will provide entry level gaming desktop, decent mic and iPhone for face tracking. Other peripharels will be considered based on needs.
Live2D Model
A good model that is on par with agency level, we will not cheap out on Live2D Model and character design as it affects first impression for viewers. Obviously, it wouldn't immediately be same level with Nijisanji and Hololive.
Art Asset
Although I did mention I can provide some basic logos and art assets but those are not the best quality, if outsource is needed the project can help to fund it depending on each case.
Cover MV and Original songs
This will work similar with art asset, where funding is depending on each case, not guaranteed.
*Any activities, events, content that is planned and executed by the project will definitely be fully funded by the project.
