A true crime biography culminating in the 1997 North Hollywood Bank of America Robbery - this audio podcast features the vicious gun battle with grossly outgunned police officers - including that day’s LAPD Radio Traffic.

This 2 hour programme chronicles the life & times of prison convict Larry Phillips Jr and his faithful sidekick Emil Mătăsăreanu - a/k/a "The High Incident Bandits".

In the early to mid-1990s throughout California and Colorado - these two criminals carried out a series of violent robberies culminating in the 1997 North Hollywood Bank of America Shootout.
