Neutron is de tweede havenstad van Dolmanië, dat zich bevindt in het Noorden van het land binnen het District "Lelywolde". Terwijl de stad zich aan de Noordelijke kust ligt, is Neutron stad geïnspireerd op de Amerikaans-Californische stad "Irvine". De stad bevat veel Entertainment van muziek, winkels, restaurants, cafes en gezelligheid. hierdoor heeft Neutron zelfs de bijnaam "Het Paradijs van het Noorden". Als je naar voetbalwedstrijden wilt kijken van de Neutron Knights, of Motorsport evenementen, dan moet je bij de Jester Field wezen. ook in het hoek van de binnenstad bevindt zich SeaLife, om ervaringen mee te maken welke Zeedieren in het Zee ziet zwemmen. In de buurt van de stad bevind zich in het Noord-Oosten van het plaatsje "Buildelkwart" een van de grootste pretparken met resort "Star Works Reosrt", met veel Star Works figuren, spannende attracties, en twee thema hotels. Star Works Resort is wel eigendom is van de grootste Dolmaniaanse Entertainment bedrijf "Star Works".
