Project Dolmanië wilt de Verenigde Naties, de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie, en de regeringen van Nederland, Noorwegen, Verenigd Koningrijk, Schotland, Denemarken en de Verenigde Staten te laten zien, en te overtuigen om het grondgebied voor Dolmanië op het eilands grondgebied  te geven op het Noord-Zee boven de Doggersbank, en om hierna en tijdens de opbouw waarin ook dieren ernaar toe worden gebracht voor een veilige natuur leven inclusief waar de eerste mensen worden gecreëerd vanuit de Mensen creatie buizen, Dolmanië als een onafhankelijke eilandstaat te erkenen met Brock Arnold als president die gecreëerd uit de Mensen creatie buis moet worden.

Project Dolmania aims to demonstrate and persuade the United Nations, the European Free Trade Association, and the governments of the Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom, Scotland, Denmark and the United States to give up territory for Dolmania on the island's territory in the North -Sea above the Dogger Bank, and after this and during the construction in which animals are also brought there for a safe natural life, including where the first humans are created from the Human Creation Tubes, to recognize Dolmania as an independent island state with Brock Arnold as president which must be created from the Human creation tube.
