"The Project BitsGreat team has kept to my expectations and it was overall a meaningful collaboration. They managed to keep up to their individual roles in the project well. When BitsGreat's side was slow in replies, the team would send chaser texts and follow-up with us without fail. When met with difficulties where they were not as experienced in using Adobe Illustrator, they took things in their stride to create the marketing campaigns. They were also open-minded in receiving constructive feedback.
This project collaboration helped us, BitsGreat, to build connection with corporates like SAP. As a start-up, there are still many trial and errors we have to do and the Project BitsGreat team has helped us in experimenting different locations. From there, we got to learn the various market segments the different locations have, allowing us to target our customers better.
As a small team of 2-3, the team has also helped to ease our manpower challenges, allowing us to operate at multiple locations at the same time. They were independent and I could trust them to tend the booth without our help.
The team has came up with a very detailed Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) based on their sole experiences. The team was proactive in seeking clarifications on points that they were uncertain of. I believe that it will help especially when we scale-up in the future and there are additions to the BitsGreat team."
Setting more meet-ups between BitsGreat and the FYP team would have been able to ease communications and also reduce more misunderstandings. Meeting face-to-face or simply through a phone call is much faster than communicating through text.
