In January of 2016 I was building a house together with another player when suddenly a new player logged on. This new player made it no secret that they were using illegal mods. They went around the server, teleporting from one player to the next, flying when they shouldn't be able to and other shenanigans. Chat went crazy and everyone was reporting to staff. Then it was our turn for a visit. We paid him no mind while we continued building until suddenly a mod came online. In all the confusion we were permanently banned along with the actual hacker. After some messages the problem was solved and I rejoined EMC as a free man.
