The mission is simple; deliver high quality Professional case coordination services to the disabled population in the State of New Mexico.   Conduct comprehensive Professional Case Management / Consultant / Community Support Coordination(CSC) services for individuals in the State of New Mexico and ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect with the life they want to live in their community.
