What would somebody use it for?
What need does it fill for that person?
What problem does it solve for that person?
Why would they find it attractive?
How does it make them feel?
What are barriers to its use?
How do people talk about it?
How is it better than the competitors?
In what ways are the competitors better?
From this data set, define the single most important thing you can say about the product that will peak a potential customer's interest. Then list the second and third most important.

If you will be creating entertainment media, like animation, games, storybooks or films, you will need to attain a full understanding of the audience and the story being told. Most games are story-driven to various extents. Even puzzle games have a world in which a story could take place. Of course, animation and video is all story-driven.

Who is the protagonist (the point of view the story is being told from?
Who are the antagonists (they provide conflict or balance)?
Describe the world in which the story takes place.
What part of the story will you be telling (if not all of it)?
How should this media make the audience feel?
What is the genre that it best fits?
From this data set, define the single most important aspect of the story. Then list the second and third most important.
