              PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (\"AGREEMENT\") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TrueB2B APPLICATION.

              1. Introduction

              This Agreement sets forth the terms of use of the mobile application TrueB2B (hereinafter referred to as the \"Application\") between you (the end user) and the application developer (hereinafter referred to as the \"Developer\" or \"we\"). By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

              2. License

              The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable, and non-renewable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices. You are not allowed to copy, modify, sell, transmit, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Application without explicit written consent from the Developer.

              3. Conditions of Use

              You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You commit not to use the Application for unlawful activities, including but not limited to data theft, harassment, or any other illegal actions.

              4. Intellectual Property

              The Developer reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Application and cancel this Agreement at any time at its discretion without prior notice. In the event of termination, you are required to uninstall the Application from your device and cease its use.

              The Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. If substantial changes are made, you will be notified through the Application or via email. Continuing to use the Application after such notification signifies your agreement to the changes. If you disagree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Application and remove it from your device.

              10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

              This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Developer is registered. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the location of the Developer's registration.
