Swathi is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a deep interest in how our nervous systems shape the way we feel, relate, and connect. She works with adults, adolescents, couples, and culturally diverse communities navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, relationship growth, or a desire for deeper understanding and self-awareness.
Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and the belief that therapy is as much about rediscovering possibilities as it is about easing pain. Having personally navigated fertility and life challenges, Swathi brings lived experience, gentleness, and depth to this work.
