Ronit
Ronit
Ronit supports adults through the pressures, transitions, and quieter questions that can leave us feeling stuck, stretched, or unsure of ourselves, and those who are simply ready to understand themselves more deeply. Her path to counselling was shaped by years working in high-pressure advertising and digital environments - a background that gave her a deep, first-hand understanding of what burnout, workplace stress, and professional uncertainty actually feel like from the inside.Â
Ronit works with individuals navigating all kinds of moments in life, including:
Confidence and self-worth
Relationships and communication
Anxiety, stress, and burnout
Boundaries and self-esteem
Life transitions and big decisions
Career direction and workplace dynamics
Parenting challenges
Grief and loss
Mental health and general wellbeing
Or simply a sense that something isn't quite right
She works from a humanistic, person-centred foundation, honouring each person's unique pace, experience, and strengths. Ronit integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside mindfulness-based approaches, to support clients in building genuine self-awareness, making intentional, values-driven change, and developing tools they can actively use in day-to-day life.
Ronit is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), with a commitment to ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision.
Sessions are collaborative and conversational - a genuinely safe space with no pressure and no judgement, where you are supported to set goals, clarify what matters, and feel empowered to move forward. The conversations are real, and progress gets celebrated. And over time, real change builds.
