Welcome to Q-Free App (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the queue management system services provided by Imesh Dinil (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). By subscribing to or using the services of the Application, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

Subscription Service
a. The Application provides a queue management system as a one-time payment service.
b. The subscription is available for 6-month or 1-year periods, with pricing displayed on the Application.
c. The subscription fee is paid as a one-time payment for the entire duration (either 6 months or 1 year) at the time of subscription.
d. After the subscription period ends, the customer must manually renew the subscription by making a new payment if they wish to continue using the service.

Subscription Details
a. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms outlined at the time of subscription, including the total amount to be charged for the selected subscription period (either 6-month or 1-year).
b. Subscription prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
c. You will receive an invoice for each subscription cycle, which details the one-time payment amount for the duration of your subscription.

Payment and Billing
a. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information when subscribing to the service.
b. Subscription payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors, such as PayHere.
c. The Service Provider does not store or have access to your full payment details. All payment transactions are handled securely through the third-party processor.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
a. The subscription is a one-time payment for a 6-month or 1-year period.
b. The subscription does not automatically renew. After the subscription period ends, you must manually renew your subscription by making a new payment if you wish to continue using the service.
c. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription term.

Access and Use of Services
a. Upon successful subscription, you will gain access to the queue management system and associated features for the duration of your subscription.
b. You agree to use the services for lawful and authorized purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials.

Service Availability
a. The Service Provider strives to maintain the availability and functionality of the Application. However, service disruptions may occur from time to time due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
b. The Service Provider is not liable for any interruptions or failures in service, and no compensation will be provided for such interruptions.

Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall the Service Provider, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application or subscription services.
b. The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the functionality, accuracy, or suitability of the services provided.

Amendments and Termination
a. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the Application, and continued use of the Application will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
b. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Data Security
a. The Service Provider values your privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
b. The collection, use, and processing of your personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy available within the Application.
