Every Season there is players that do not follow team rules or the expectations set forth by this Coaching Staff. Listed below are the steps in which all coaches will follow if and when disciplinary action needs to take place.
Strike #1 - Position Coach or Grade level Coach will meet with the player before or after practice and site SPECIFIC examples of how their behavior is un-acceptable and how it affects the TEAM. Discuss what changes you as coaches need to see in the player’s behavior or they will move to strike #2.
Strike #2 - Written documentation – Meet with position coach/Grade level coach AND HEAD Coach. A form will be provided to the player stating specific behaviors which are un-acceptable and steps already taken by the coaching staff to address this behavior. Players will also be asked to meet with our Player Leadership Council to discuss conduct
Strike #3 – Players will be dismissed from the team
*Players that are dismissed, quit, or suffer a season ending injury (and choose to no longer participate) are expected to meet with their position coach or grade level coach for equipment turn-in.
