Welcome to our second largest park in the Princeton area! We're still pretty new as we officially opened the summer of 2022. Each space is fully fenced in, with a wrought iron gate in front, 8x8 storage shed, and large tree. Price includes rent, water, trash, sewer, lawn care, and wi-fi. Electricity is separate. $300 security deposit along with credit and background check is required. There is also a separate deposit due for electricity of $150. Our prices range from $750-$850/month plus electricity. RV Covers available upon request for an additional $175/month
