Welcome to our newest RV Park! Lake Lavon North RV Park is our largest park yet, located conveniently in Princeton, TX. We are tentatively hoping to open October 1st, 2024. And we are ready to become your new home! Each space is fully fenced in, with a wrought iron gate in front, 8x8 storage shed, and large tree. Price includes rent, water, trash, sewer, lawn care, and wi-fi. Electricity is separate. $300 security deposit along with credit and background check is required. There is also a separate deposit due for electricity of $150. Our prices range from $795-$895/month plus electricity. Spaces with RV Covers are available for an additional $150/month.
