Prices vary by location and lot size. Our prices start at $750 and go up to $900. RV Covers are available for an additional $150 a month.
Yes, we screen all of our applicants to ensure a safe environment for our community. If you have a history of violence, predatory behavior, theft/fraud, or hard drugs, you are not welcome at our park.
Yes, it's $39.99 for the application. There's also a $300 security deposit and a $150 electricity deposit. Your deposit will be returned back to you via check after the last electricity billing cycle has come out. Your final electricity bill will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder will be sent back to you. If you do not return your keys, doorbell, or padlock, those costs will be deducted from your deposit. If you do not remove all of your belongings from the lot or you damage the lot or shed in any way, that will also be deducted from your deposit.
Every pad is the same size to accommodate any RV and most Tiny Homes, 15 ft wide by 50 ft long. The standard lot size is 30 ft wide by 70 ft long. We do have larger lots available at a higher cost, but there are very few of these spaces. If you would like to be on the waiting list for a larger lot, let us know!
Yes, as long as it is approved and in good condition. If you have an RV that is 10 years old or older, you MUST send in a picture of the front, back, and both sides so that it can be sent to the owners for approval.
You get a fully fenced in yard for your RV or Tiny Home and an 8x8 storage shed in the back corner that is fully wired for electricity.
Limit 2 pets per lot. You must provide proof of rabies for your animals. You can NOT leave your pet unattended outside of your lot. You must have your dog leashed at all times outside of your lot, unless they are inside the dog park with you. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. If you have an aggressive dog, you will be asked to leave.
Yes, children are allowed at both parks. However you should not leave young children unattended. If your child will be outside of the lot, make sure they understand the park rules and do not disturb other residents.
Each space is only allowed to have a maximum of 4 people per space. This is for safety purposes to comply with the fire code and to not exceed the septic requirements.
The park provides basic Wi-Fi that residents can stream tv and check emails with. If you need faster speeds, we recommend getting an upgraded service or a hot spot.
This is different for each person because it's fully dependent on your RV and your preferences. Tiny Homes will always have a smaller bill that ranges from $40-$80. RVs can range from $50-$300 depending on the time of year.
No, we only rent the individual lots out themselves.
No, this is not allowed because we need to be able to have background checks on everyone at the parks to keep our residents safe.
