Provider Teams

Provider Teams are site specific. You will have Provider teams at both FMC and Arthur Child. Example: CGY ACCC Medical Oncology, CGY FMC Medical Oncology, CGY ACCC Hematology, CCY FMC Hematology etc. 

Note: Provider teams will be automatically removed from the patient's treatment team when the patient encounter ends at the given site. 

• For example: If a Hematology patient moves from ACCC to FMC ICU, they will no longer be on the CGY ACCC Hematology provider team. *They will need to be manually added to the CGY FMC Hematology Provider team. 

*Clerks/nurses are taught to access a report(Recently discharged - FMC or ACCC) on the active provider teams upon discharge so they can re add the providers team if moved to or from Arthur Child to FMC.
