Major: Psych and Brain Sciences: Cognitive Neuroscience

Minor: Biology

Emily is a junior majoring in Cognitive Neuroscience with a minor in Biology. She is currently studying abroad in Copenhagen! She is on the pre-PA track and is planning to apply to PA school in the Spring of 2027. She is a certified phlebotomist and has experience working as a medical assistant over the summers in NY in a pediatric office and now in St. Louis at a Dermatology clinic. She has also shadowed neurosurgeons, ENT surgeons, a head and neck PA, and a dermatology PA. On campus, she's involved with Challah for Hunger, Night Off, Pre-Med Society, and the WU Pre-PA Club, and was a Psych Stat TA. Emily is also a research assistant in the Cognitive Control & Psychopathology Lab and volunteers in the patient playroom at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Her relevant coursework includes Gen Chem I & II with labs, Bio I & II, Microbiology with lab, Orgo I with lab, Human Physiology, Calculus II, Biochemistry, Cognitive Neuroscience, Experimental Psychology, and Biological Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, exploring new coffee shops, going on walks, doing pilates, and spending time with friends, family, and her dogs.
