5. If customers are unable to enjoy discounts due to unsupported electronic devices,failure to update the app to the latest version, card suspension, card replacement, or other personal reasons, the missed discount opportunities will not be compensated later.

• ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตขอยกเลิกรายการหรือคืนเงิน จะถือว่าผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตสละสิทธิ์ในการใช้ส่วนลด ยอดใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงจะดำเนินการคืนเข้าบัตรที่ผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตใช้จ่าย ส่วนลดจะถือว่าใช้ไปแล้ว และไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ได้อีก และไม่อนุญาตให้คืนสินค้าบางส่วน

• ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders must register UnionPay application or ICBC (Thai) mobile banking application and link ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card with the applications before making the payment.

• Get discount CNY 2 when spending CNY 5 or more/sales slip, the discount is limited to 1 redemption/credit card/day or limited up to 280 redemptions/day and limited up to 59,360 redemptions throughout the promotion period. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Get discount CNY 10 when spending CNY 30 or more/sales slip, the discount is limited to 1 redemption/credit card/day or limited up to 4 redemptions/credit card/month and limited up to 30,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Transactions of AliPay, Wexin Pay, merchant-presented mode, return, reversal, transfer or installment are not applicable for the promotion. If any refund, return, and reversal of the transaction on which the discount was applied occurs, the customers will be deemed to have surrendered the discount and the purchase amount (subtracting the applied discount) will be refunded to the ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card which has transaction only. The discount quota will be deemed as used. 

• If any refund, return or cancellations, the actual payment amount will be refunded to ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card only. Partial returns are not supported for this promotion. The discount quota will be deemed as used.

• For discount failures caused by user-related reasons such as incompatibility of user device, app not updated to the latest version, loss report of cards, exchange of cards etc., the discount quota will not be compensated.

• The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with UnionPay's back-end system timing (Beijing time).

• ผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ยูเนี่ยนเพย์ รับส่วนลด 10% (สูงสุดไม่เกิน 500 บาท) เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่าย ผ่านบัตรเครดิตธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ยูเนี่ยนเพย์ บนแอปพลิเคชัน SHEIN หรือเว็บไซต์ www.shein.com ตั้งแต่ 999 บาทขึ้นไป / คำสั่งซื้อ

• จำกัดจำนวนส่วนลด 1,500 สิทธิ์/ เดือน หรือ 18,000 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย โดยพิจารณาให้สิทธิ์ตามลำดับก่อน-หลังในการใช้โค้ดชำระเงิน

• ส่วนลดนี้ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นรางวัลอื่นได้

• SHEIN ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการให้บริการหรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ หากพบข้อผิดพลาดของระบบหรือแอปพลิเคชัน SHEIN หรือหากบัญชีของผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ยูเนี่ยนเพย์ ถูกระงับ โดยไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทุกกรณีหรือแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

• รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ของ SHEIN ภายในระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายเดียวกันได้

• SHEIN และบริษัท ยูเนี่ยนเพย์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จำกัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข และ/หรือ สิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ ของรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน ในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ คำตัดสินของ SHEIN และบริษัท ยูเนี่ยนเพย์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จำกัดถือเป็นที่สุด

• ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าและบริการ หากมีข้อสงสัย กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ SHEIN ผ่านช่องทาง Live Chat บนแอปพลิเคชัน SHEIN หรือเว็บไซต์ www.shein.com  ในเวลาทำการ (จันทร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 9:00 – 18:00 น.)

• ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นและชำระคืนได้เต็มจำนวนตามกำหนด จะได้ไม่เสียดอกเบี้ย 16% ต่อปี

• สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้หรือการใช้บัตรเครดิตธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย)ได้ที่ ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) Call Center หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 0 2629 5588 ในเวลาทำการ (จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8:30 – 21:00 น. หรือ วันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ และวันนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 8:30 – 17:00 น.)

• This promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 until 19 January 2026 only.

• This promotion is only reserved for ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders.

• ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholders get 10% discount (maximum up to THB 500) when spending at least THB 999 /transaction via ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit card on SHEIN application or website www.shein.com.

• The number of discount is limited at 1,500 redemptions/ month or 18,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period, based on a first-come-first-served basis.

• The discount is not transferable, exchangeable for cash and interchangeable with other rewards.

• SHEIN reserves the right to suspend the service or this promotion if there are any errors with the system or SHEIN application, or if ICBC (Thai) UnionPay credit cardholder’s account is suspended, without any liabilities or prior notice.

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions of SHEIN during the same period.

• SHEIN and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. reserve the right to change any terms, conditions and/or benefits of this promotion with 7-day prior notice to the customers. In case of any disagreement or dispute, the decision of SHEIN and UnionPay International shall be final.
