เนื่องจากของสมนาคุณมีจำนวนจำกัด ในกรณีที่ของสมนาคุณหมด ธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสมนาคุณเป็นของสมนาคุณอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่าทดแทนกับของสมนาคุณเดิมโดยไม่ต้องทำการแจ้งให้ผู้ถือบัตรฯทราบล่วงหน้า

ผู้ถือบัตรฯ ที่จะได้รับของสมนาคุณจะต้องยังคงมีสถานะเป็นผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตฯ สถานะบัตรปกติและไม่เคยมีประวัติการผิดนัดชำระเงินใดๆ ตลอดระยะเวลารายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้จนถึงวันที่ธนาคารทำการส่งมอบของสมนาคุณ

รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆ ของธนาคารไอซีบีซี (ไทย) ในช่วงระยะเวลาเดียวกันได้
