NOV 2023: Off to my new professional journey in South Korea

August 2023 : PhD convocation pic with family.

July 2023: A pic with my supervisor and group members after the successful defense of my PhD thesis. 

May 2023: Attended second round of training on the  AFM installed in IITD Sonipat campus.  In this session we learned about the operation of some advance modes like Scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM), Scanning thermal microscopy (SThM) and Piezo force microscopy (PFM). SECM in particular is a very interesting technique for In-situ analysis of liquid-solid interface. 

March 2022: A day trip to Taj Mahal and Agra fort with Dr. Branson Belle from SINTEF, Norway. He visited our lab under the Indo-Norway Joint project : 2D Sense. 

It was a memorable trip with the fusion of culture, art, history and research.

March 2022: A memorable visit to SINTEF Norway. Many thanks to Dr. Branson Belle and Dr. Ozhan Koybasi for hosting our team. In this visit we concluded the progress made in project "2D SENSE". Apart from scientific discussions, this time i learned techniques like laser writer for lithography and wet transfer to make 2D heterostructures. Its always an honor to learn from the experts of the field.

March 2022: Norway is famous for its immense natural beauty and breathtaking Fjords. I was fortunate to witness this beauty during my visit to Norway. Our team had a one day trip from Oslo to most scenic places like Myrdal,  Flam, Bergen. 

   

September 2019 : Group dinner to welcome our guest Dr. Branson Belle and Dr. Ozhan Koybasi from SINTEF Norway 

DECEMBER 2019 : Presented a poster in International workshop on physics of semiconductor devices (IWPSD 2019) 

Team Elettra !

October 2019 : Visited Elettra synchrotron, Trieste, Italy. We performed the experiments on 2D MoS2 monolayer and MoO3 thin films on ESCA beamline to probe the gas sensing mechanism of the 2D films.

October 2022, IIT Delhi installed MBE to study the scalable synthesis of 2D materials for application in electronic and optoelectronic devices
