Prachi is the CEO and President with Prakruthi Ventures. She has over 15 years of work experience in diverse roles. She is a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from LIT Nagpur. She is a Research and Development Professional with interests in Energy, Oil & Gas, Petroleum Refinery and Chemical Engineering. In past she worked with HPCL Corporate R&D.

She is an Artist and practices Creative and Liberal Arts like writing spiritual articles on Reiki, drawing Mandala and other Artworks. She was the founder of Pradhee Creations which was into the business of writing, publishing, arts and crafts. She is a life coach, and an expert in health, nutrition and fitness.

Dr Krishnarao Lalaji Ukey is Partner Consulting (Finance & Legal) with Prakruthi Ventures. He has a rich experience in Industry and Academics, both. 

In Industry, he worked for 32 years in Finance, Accounts, HR, Administration and Legal Departments. He was with Public Sector for 22 years and with Private Sector for 10 years. In his last corporate role, he was the Company Secretary and Senior Deputy General Manager (Legal) with MOIL Ltd. Nagpur.

His Academic experience spans across 25 years in Full Time and Part Time Roles. He worked as part time / contributory faculty in Law & Management subjects in various colleges, PGTD Law, Department of Business Management Nagpur University and Chapters of Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants and Company Secretary. He had been the Director of a MBA College under Raisoni Group of Institutions, Nagpur.

He is a highly qualified person and holds degrees like MA, M Com, MBA, LLM, DBM, FCS, FICA, and PhD.

Kumari Archana

Archana is Director, Learning & Development with Prakruthi Ventures. She has 5+ years of work experience. She is an alumna of TISS Tuljapur, TISS Mumbai and NIEPA Delhi. She is currently a PhD Candidate at NIEPA Delhi.  Her area of interests include Self-organized learning, Peer to peer learning, Flow, Group Flow, Social Entrepreneurship, Education and Policy.

She is passionate about learning and development. She has organized and conducted multiple sessions focused on research, writing and publications. She had invited experts from different areas to share specific insights. In her previous role she has established systems and developed a learning culture in our research ecosystem.

As a social entrepreneur she founded an NGO called Exceed Your Expectation (EYE) Foundation, to empower the youth to excel in education and career. She is presently working on a mentorship program to help youngsters through expert guidance.
