Coming from I-90? Prairie Arboretum Disc Golf is an easy 35-minute drive south on Highway 81 to Freeman, South Dakota. Only 30 minutes north of Yankton, it is an easy destination for a scenic round.
Camper, RV & Big Rig Parking
Campers, RVs, trailers, and big rigs are welcome at Prairie Arboretum Disc Golf. While the west-side course parking area is best suited for regular vehicles, larger vehicles should use the north parking lot, where there is significantly more room to park and maneuver comfortably.
Traveling players with campers or larger rigs can enjoy the course without worrying about tight parking or limited space.
Disc golf parking is located in the west parking lot off Cedar Street.
This is the best place for players to park, as the course currently starts and finishes near the west lot.
Please use the designated parking area and avoid parking on grass, trails, or other areas of the Arboretum.
Enter Prairie Arboretum from Cedar Street and park in the west lot. From there, the first tee is located nearby, making it easy to begin your round and return to your vehicle after finishing the course.
