PractoRide is an online platform that connects farmers with nearby tractor, JCB, harvester, sprayer and trolley operators. The work is done by independent drivers, not by PractoRide.
Prices: Rates are shown in the app before booking (per acre, per hour, per km or per tank). The final bill is shown in the app when the work is completed.
Payment: The farmer pays the driver directly, in cash or by UPI to the driver's own UPI ID. PractoRide does not collect or hold this money.
Platform commission: Drivers pay PractoRide a platform commission (currently 5% of each completed booking). A driver whose unpaid commission is above the limit shown in the app cannot receive new bookings until it is paid.
Drivers: Drivers must submit a valid driving licence and UPI ID, which PractoRide verifies before they can accept bookings.
Conduct: Users must give correct information and must not misuse the app. PractoRide may suspend accounts that break these terms.
