Cancellation by farmer: A booking can be cancelled free of charge in the app before the work starts. Once the driver has started the work, it cannot be cancelled in the app.
Cancellation by driver: If a driver cancels, the farmer is not charged and can book another driver.
Payments for work: Farmers pay the driver directly, so PractoRide does not hold or refund this money. If there is a dispute about the work or the amount, contact us and we will help resolve it with the driver.
Commission refunds: If a driver was charged commission by mistake, PractoRide will correct or refund it within 7 working days after checking.
