La competencia pragmática se considera como uno de los pilares en la comunicación humana, pero al mismo tiempo parece ser el aspecto más difícil de desarrollar en la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras. Concretamente, desarrollar una consciencia del componente pragmático de un idioma implica disponer de las herramientas socioculturales que regulan el lenguaje y activar una serie de estrategias lingüísticas que contribuyan a la construcción coherente de un discurso y a la adecuación del mensaje al contexto pertinente.
Pragmatic competence is considered to be a pillar of human communication, yet it continues to be the most challenging to cultivate in foreign language teaching. Developing an awareness of the pragmatic component of a language requires the learner to possess the socio‑cultural tools that regulate language, and the ability to activate multiple linguistic strategies that contribute to the coherent construction of a discourse and the adaptation of the message to the relevant context.
El congreso internacional LA ADQUISICIÓN Y EL DESARROLLO DE LA COMPETENCIA PRAGMÁTICA quiere ser una ocasión de intercambio y de participación de especialistas de análisis del discurso y pragmática en relación con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del español como lengua extranjera. Invitamos también a profesores de ELE para participar en talleres.
El evento se organiza en el marco del proyecto Erasmus+ PRACOMUL: Pragmatic Competence from a multilingual perspective (2020-1-BE02-KA203-074742) en que participan la Universidad de Sevilla (España), Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Bélgica), Università degli Studi di Palermo (Italia) y Univerza v Ljubljani (Eslovenia).
El congreso se organiza de manera híbrida. Las ponencias deben presentarse de manera presencial, pero la asistencia a las presentaciones puede ser de modo digital. Como los talleres para profesores tendrán un formato práctico, haremos una selección de aquellos que se puedan ofrecer en línea. El programa se publicará a finales de junio.
The international conference on “The acquisition and development of pragmatic competence” seeks to facilitate the exchange of ideas and active participation of experts in discourse analysis and pragmatics in the context of teaching and learning Spanish as a foreign language. The conference also welcomes teachers of Spanish as a foreign language to participate in workshops.
This event is organised in the framework of the Erasmus+ project PRACOMUL: Pragmatic competence from a multilingual perspective (2020-1-BE02-KA203-074742), involving the University of Seville (Spain), Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), Università degli Studi di Palermo (Italy) and Univerza v Ljubljani (Slovenia).
All lectures are to be presented in person, but digital attendance to these lectures is possible. As the workshops for teachers will have a practical format, only a select few workshops will be offered to be followed online. The complete programme will be published by the end of June.
