TW: Alludes to Sexual Assault, Flashing Lights
Vanessa Vivas is in her final weeks at Point Park University as a BA Theatre Arts major and a Broadcast minor. She defines herself as a multicultural and multi-hyphenate artist. Most recently, she was a guest director for the original short film Transplant with Bad Behavior Lab and worked as Assistant Director on The Line, an original screenplay she wrote. She extends her gratitude to Alexa for her trust and storytelling. Much love to her powerful cast, crew, Rodeo Rebel and familia.
Alexa Wildenberg hails from Hawley, PA and is finishing up her sophomore year as a Theatre Arts Major. She is beyond thankful to have her work be brought to life by such a dynamic team of people. Past works: Picasso at The Lapin Agile (AD), Snowing Sand (AD), Flower Power (AD).
Lauren Seigal is a sophomore Stage Management major from Boston, MA. She's honored to have worked with such a collaborative, creative team and wants to specially thank Alexa and Vanessa for including her in this special piece.
Valeria Liller is a sophomore design major from Mechanicsburg, PA. They're so glad to have worked on a show where they were able to work very closely with the entire creative team from start to finish, and are very excited to see the finished product that Vanessa and Alexa have created.
Sophie McClung is a sophomore BFA Theatre Arts major, with a Minor in Musical Theatre. She is so excited to make her One Acts debut! She recently served as an Assistant Director/Dramaturg for Polaroid Stories. Sophie is very grateful for the opportunity to work with this incredible group of artists and to bring this story to life. Cameron Webb is a sophomore Theatre Arts major, with an emphasis in Music Composition. He is extremely thankful for this opportunity to work with a group of artists that he deeply admires and is even more thankful for their trust in handling the subject matter present within this piece. Much love to Sophie.
Ariela Pineda is a Freshman BFA Acting major. This is her first production at Point Park University and she’s extremely grateful for having been given the opportunity to bring to life the role of The Angel through this incredibly meaningful story with such a hard-working cast and crew.
Avery Gingrich of Ashland, Ohio, is finishing her sophomore year as a dance major with a modern concentration. She has enjoyed collaborating for The Angel in which she was the choreographer and a dancer. Additionally, she is dancing in Pearl Ann Porter’s piece in Choreolab 4 set to premiere on May 12th.
Ava Namar is a sophomore BFA Dance major at Point Park. She is beyond grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing project, and honored to be able to work with such a beautiful team of artists and creators!
