Wallets and Withdraw

It is important to note that you cannot use a BSC (Binance Smart Chain) address from an exchange. Please use a decentralised wallet that supports the Smart Chain network and allows you to import custom tokens.

Once you have imported the PPM token, you will see it listed in your wallet app. When you receive PPM into your wallet, the value will now be displayed as PPM has now been listed on CoinMarketCap (CMC).

MetaMask

You can read THIS article, with screenshots to help you. This Medium article shows how to set up MetaMask as a browser extension on your computer. It covers Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave. It will also guide you to add the Smart Chain network. If you are on mobile, you cannot use the Chrome browser as the mobile version does not support browser extension. It is a lot easier to use the MetaMask app on your mobile.

Setup a new MetaMask wallet

Simply follow the prompts on screen to setup your wallet. Take care to write your Secret Recover Phrase somewhere where you won't loose it.

Add the Smart Chain Network

Once you have setup your wallet, add the Smart Chain Network. In the app this is very easy to do.

Tap on "Ethereum Main Network"
Then tap "Add Network"
Find BNB Smart Chain and tap add.
Verify the network information and then tap Approve
Tap on "Switch to network"

You have successfully added the Smart Chain Network. Now you can add PPM as a custom token.

How to add PPM to your MetaMask wallet

You will need to add PPM as a custom token or you will not be able to see your PPM balance. There are two ways to add the PPM wallet to MetaMask. The first option will also show you how to connect your MetaMask to www.punkpandafarm.com.

OPTION 1

Check that you are on the Smart Chain Network, then tap the 3-lines menu in the top LEFT corner.

From the menu, choose “Browser”. In the field “Search or Type URL”, enter the full website address https://www.punkpandafarm.com and tap the enter button on your keyboard.

Once on the website, you may see “Connect Wallet” directly on the website. Alternatively, tap the 3-lines menu or the website in the top RIGHT corner, then tap “Connect Wallet”. On the popup, tap Connect to confirm.

You will now see your wallet address on the menu. Now tap on “Add PPM to MetaMask”. On the popup, tap “Add Token”. A confirmation will be displayed briefly. Then tap the X to close the menu.

Tap the 3-lines menu LEFT top again and change back to “Wallet”. You will now see PPM wallet in your MetaMask.

OPTION 2

Check that you are on the Smart Chain Network, scroll down and tap “Import Tokens”.

Then select the “Custom Token” tab. In the “Token Address” field, paste the PPM contract address. The rest of the details will fill automatically. Scroll down and tap “Import”. Tap “Add Token” to confirm.

You will now see PPM in your MetaMask wallet.

Where to find your wallet address in MetaMask

To find your wallet address in MetaMask, check that you are on the Smart Chain network. At the top just below the name for your account (default is “Account 1”) is your wallet address that you will use. Tap on the address and it will be copied to your phone's clipboard.

Now return to your app dashboard to paste the address in the space provided. (Click HERE to go back to the instruction for adding your wallet address to your app)

How to swap (sell) your PPM using MetaMask

Please note: You do not need a punkpandafarm.com account. Do not try to login. The swap is done right on this main page.

⚠️ You will need a little bit of Smart Chain BNB in your MetaMask wallet to pay for gas fees.

If you are using your mobile, consider installing the MetaMask app. MetaMask has a browser in their app that is safe and secure to use.

Tap on the 3-lines menu in the top left corner.

On the menu, tap on “Browser”.

On the Home Screen, in the field “Search or Type URL”, enter the full website address https://www.punkpandafarm.com and tap the enter button on your keyboard.

Once on the website, tap on “Connect Wallet” If it is not as shown in the screenshot, you may need to open the menu. Tap the 3-lines menu, then tap “Connect Wallet” then tap the X to close the menu.

Tap on “Buy PPM”. This will take you to the widget to Swap. Tap the double arrows to change between swapping BNB for PPM or swapping PPM for BNB.

PPM must be at the top if you wish to sell your PPM. You will see your PPM balance from MetaMask displayed in the widget.

Choose how much of your PPM you wish to swap (sell), then tap “Swap”.

Stake & Farm

You can also choose to stake or farm your tokens.

What does it mean to “Stake”?

All rewards you earn in PandaApp are automatically staked in your app wallet. The staked PPM tokens are then earning more rewards. This is a great way to earn a passive income. The more tokens you hold in your app, the more staking rewards you will earn. You can also choose to unstake your PPM in your app wallet and then stake it using the widget on www.punkpandafarm.com.

What does it mean to “Farm”?

The full terminology is “Yield Farming”. It means that you add equal amounts of PPM and BNB to the liquidity pool and then receive a share of the rewards.

Trust wallet

You can use your Trust wallet to receive PPM.

How to add PPM token

Open Trust wallet app. Tap the button in the top right corner that turns on/off views for coins/tokens in Trust wallet and scroll all the way to the bottom.

Tap on “Add Custom Token”

Change the Network to Smart Chain

Paste the Contract Address from PPM. The rest of the information will auto-complete.

Then tap “DONE” in the top right corner.

You have successfully added PPM to your wallet.

Where to find your wallet address in Trust Wallet

Open Trust wallet app. Tap on your PPM (PUNK PANDA MESSENGER) wallet.

Tap on receive.

Copy the address by tapping the “Copy” button at the bottom.

Now return to your app dashboard to paste the address in the space provided. (Click HERE to go back to the instruction for adding your wallet address to your app)

Withdrawal Rules

So you want to know if you can withdraw, or why you can't withdraw. There are withdrawal rules in place. These rules are necessary. You can read more about the steps the company has taken in an effort to support the token. Only withdrawal rules will be explained here.

Withdrawal Limit Update for PandaApp

Until further notice, free tokens will be limited to a 0.5% withdrawal. The goal is to get the token price up to $2 for at least 60 days.

Schedule

You cannot withdraw your tokens straight away. All tokens are locked as per the schedule (see the image for token selling rules). There is a written explanation on the FAQ.

If you joined before listing (July 29, 2022) then you count from August as your first month.
If you joined after listing, the month you joined is your first month. You can check the date when you joined by logging into the PandaPals website.

There is also the minimum requirement of 10 PPM to withdraw. This is 10 PPM that is unlocked and available to withdraw.

The easiest way to know if you can withdraw is to tap "Unstake" in your wallet.

If you get an error "You are not eligible to unstake..." then either you have recently joined or you have already withdrawn the maximum allowed.

If you see unstake information, take a closer look at what is on the display. You will see the percentage available to you to unstake. You will also see the amount that will be in PPM. If the amount is more than 10 PPM, then you will be able to withdraw. If the amount is less then 10 PPM, you will get an error if you try to withdraw. But you can unstake anyway.

Think carefully about choosing to unstake. As there is a 48 Hour Rule. See below.

48 Hour Rule

When you choose to unstake, you will not receive rewards. The smart contract will skip your wallet for 48 hours. We're in mining phase 2 now, so that means you will miss 144 deliveries.

You can only unstake once during a month. The maximum allowed will be unstaked. If you unstaked a total of 50 PPM, you can choose to withdraw it all, or to make a partial withdraw, e.g. only withdraw 30 PPM. You can then return later in the same month to withdraw the balance. The next withdrawal cycle starts around 28th/29th of a month, depending on where you are in the world.
