App Wallet and Rewards

Tap the wallet icon in the bottom right corner to view your wallet. At the top in the blue bar, you will see your overall wallet balance. To the left of the balance is the button to view previous withdrawals made. To the right of the balance, is the withdraw button. You need to unstake first, before you can withdraw. And if it is the first time you unstake (button in lower right corner), you will need to add your wallet address first. More on this later.

In the top right corner is a button “Panda Pals”. This will take you to a summary of your referrals. There is also a link to the Panda Pals website where you can login to your app dashboard. The app dashboard is a web page where you can view your wallet and also your referrals.

Let’s just take a moment and look at the rewards paid to your wallet. There are two types of rewards. The first you will receive is Staking Rewards. This is given to every wallet that has a PPM balance. The second reward, PP Rewards, are Panda Pals Rewards. You will start receiving PP Rewards once you have referred one person to the app who then registered using your invitation code and also actively use the app and activate their mining button daily. You can learn more about token allocation on the FAQ.

Another important thing to note about the transactions is that the time displayed is NOT your local time, but rather it is server time. The server is set to the PST time zone. The date format is in MONTH / DAY / YEAR.

How to earn PPM

Within the first hour after registration, you will receive some PPM to activate your wallet. This amount is not fixed. Every 20 minutes there are 17.5 PPM tokens allocated to share among new sign ups. If only 10 people join, each will receive 1.75 PPM (17.5 / 10). If 200 people join, the same amount of PPM must be shared among them, meaning each will receive 0.0875 PPM. All tokens received are automatically staked.

You will then start receiving Staking rewards every 20 minutes because you have some PPM staked.

Once you invite friends who then register using YOUR invitation code, you will start to receive PP rewards. PP rewards is short for PandaPals rewards. These are far more rewarding and can also increase the more you and your friends use the app. You can learn more about token allocation on the FAQ.

Everyone you invite will be on your level 1. There is NO LIMIT to how many people you can invite. When your level 1 then invites someone who registers with their code, that new invitee becomes your level 2. And so it goes down up to level 12! Yes, you earn from the activities of your referral’s referral’s referral’s referral up to 12 levels.

⚠️ Important note: Your referrals must be active for you to earn PP rewards from them. You will not earn from signing someone up who never uses the app and never activates the mining button.

The mining button

The mining button is there to indicate that you are an active user. Tap this button every day if you want to continue receiving rewards. If you don’t tap it, your rewards will stop.

The same goes for your PP rewards. For every one of your referrals who activates the mining button, you will receive PP rewards. You will not receive rewards for inactive referrals.

Which wallet address to use and how to add your wallet address

You will need a decentralized wallet, like MetaMask or Trust Wallet. Import the PPM token, and copy your receiving address.

⚠️ VERY Important note: The address cannot be from an Exchange!

PandaApp

If you don't have a wallet address added already, you can add it from the wallet in the app.

Tap on the wallet icon at the very bottom of the screen
Tap on withdraw
Paste in your wallet address and tap next.
Enter the OTP sent to your email address and tap next.
A message will appear briefly to confirm the address has been added.

Panda Pals website

Login to PandaPals website and on the menu, choose “Add Wallet Address”.

Paste your wallet address in the space provided and click on “White List Crypto Wallet Address”.

Go to your email and copy the OTP and paste it into “Enter your OTP” and click on “Approve and add Crypto Wallet Address”

You will receive a confirmation that your wallet address has been successfully added.

If you want to change your wallet address, copy the new address you want to add and repeat the process.

How to unstake and withdraw

You can only unstake if (1) you have added your wallet address and (2) you have enough in your wallet to qualify for the minimum withdrawal.

You can read about the vesting schedule on the FAQ that determines how much you are able to withdraw in one month.

⚠️ Important note: There is a 2% withdrawal fee plus gas fees. This will be taken from the amount you will withdraw.

Withdrawal Rules

First you need to unstake. This image above explains the 48 hour rule implemented when withdrawing tokens. You can view the full document here.

Once you unstaked, the amount will be locked for 48 hours. After it moves to available, you need to return to the app to request the withdrawal.

Using PandaApp to Unstake

In the PandaApp, tap on the wallet, and then tap unstake. You will see a notice that should you choose to unstake, you will not receive any rewards for 48 hours (96 cycles). Tap confirm. On the next screen, enter the OTP and confirm.

Locked for 48 hours

The amount you qualify to withdraw will now show in “Locked”. It will take 48 hours for this amount to move to “Available”. It will help you to write down your local time when you unstaked so that you will know when to return to make your withdrawal request. (Remember, the time in the wallet is not your local time)

Using PandaApp to Withdraw

After the amount moves to “Available”, you can withdraw.

Tap the withdraw button. You will need to enter the OTP that was sent to your email to confirm withdrawal. Please note the message stating that it can take up to 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed.

Errors

If you receive an error, it can be that you are not eligible to withdraw.

If you did successfully unstake and have a minimum of 10 PPM in available, login to PandaPals to do the withdrawal.

Using the PandaPals website to Unstake

Login to PandaPals and from the menu click on unstake. You will see your wallet balance and below that the amount that is available to unstake. You will also see the reminder warning you that you will not receive any rewards for 48 hours (96 cycles) should you choose to unstake. If you are sure, click on “Unstake Wallet”.

The amount you qualify to withdraw will now show in “Locked”. It will take 48 hours for this amount to move to “Available”. It will help you to write down your local time when you unstaked so that you will know when to return to make your withdrawal request. (Remember, the time in the wallet is not your local time)

Using the PandaPals website to Withdraw

After the amount moves to “Available”, you can withdraw.

Login to PandaPals and from the menu click on “Withdraw”. You will see your available wallet balance. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then click on withdraw.

On the next screen, the amount is shown and the wallet address that the transfer will be made to. Check that the info is correct. Then go to your email, copy the OTP from the email that was sent and paste it in the space provided. Click on “Verify and Withdraw”.

You will see a confirmation of the amount and the wallet address. Please note the message stating that it can take up to 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed.

Error

⚠️ You may get an error when trying to withdraw the full amount as this amount is displayed showing only 2 decimal places When you unstaked, the amount may have been 74.449936 but when you go to withdraw it shows as 74.45. If you try to withdraw 74.45 you will receive an error that you are trying to withdraw more that you have available. Type a lower amount, eg 74.44 and then click withdraw.
