Chat in PandaApp

To see someone in the PandaApp on the contact list, they must be saved to your phone’s contacts. Their number must be saved including the country code. So if it is someone from the UK whose number is 07911123456, save the number in your phone contacts: +447911123456. Be sure to leave out the zero at the start of the phone number. Close PandaApp and open it again. Also give it a moment for the new contact to show in your contact list in PandaApp.

Once your contact is saved correctly and you can see them in the contact list in the app, you can tap their name to start a chat with them. When you open the direct chat, you can choose to type a text message, send an attachment or make a voice or video call.

You can also search your contacts list by tapping the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

In the direct chat window, you can also tap the name of your contact to bring up their profile. For now the profile for contacts only displays a larger image of their profile photo and their phone number as stored on PandaApp.

There is now an app broadcast where Punk Panda can send out messages to all users who have the latest version. These messages are announcements for zoom meetings or important updates or urgent actions that need to be taken.
