The mission of the Powder View Planned Community Association Board of Directors is to preserve and enhance the quality of life and sense of community within the Powder View neighborhood through effectively managing the association; enforcing rules and covenants to preserve property values and create an esthetically pleasing landscape that preserves architectural integrity; supporting improvements that better our community; and representing the interests of all homeowners.
- The board members will make responsible decisions and be good stewards regarding the use of association funds and assets.
- The board will uphold the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and policies of the Planned Community Association by taking a fair, ethical, and objective approach to represent the interests of all homeowners to ensure that all additions or changes to properties within the subdivision will preserve or enhance the value of our neighborhood.
- The board will treat every issue which comes to the board with the upmost respect. They will work with residents in a professional, objective and ethical manner, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Clear and transparent communication will be valued.
- The board will protect and enhance the value of the neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
- The board will communicate with homeowners regularly and in a timely manner through appropriate mediums, and will facilitate opportunities for neighborhood activities to promote a neighborly and cohesive community.
